Mr. Lang has extensive experience in primary market financial advisory. He has worked as FA for many institutions in private equity investments of more than US$1 billion, including TME, Xiaomi, Uber, Lyft, DJI, Haidilao, BYTON, NIO and Grab.
Prior to joining DL Securities, Mr. Lang, as the founder, sold a pawn company to Greater China Financial Holdings Ltd (431.HK), a HKEX main board listed company, with a valuation of HK$150 million. Subsequently, he became a non-executive director of the listed company and led many M&A cases. During his service, the company's market value increased by more than 400% and reached US$1 billion dollars, and was successfully added to MSCI China small-cap stock index.
Prior to the pawn company, Mr. Lang was the co-founder of the Chinese A-share hedge fund "Lang Fund".
Mr. Lang holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

He has also planned and implemented growth strategies and optimization measures for numerous Hong Kong publicly listed companies. He also managed funds that have invested in multiple companies listed in Hong Kong and US.
Prior to joining DL Securities, Mr. Sun worked at Bank of Communications for credit risk evaluation. He also has working experience in an international accounting firm.
Mr. Sun holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Wong has over 20 years of experiences in securities brokerage business.

Mr. Wong has over 20 years of experiences in securities brokerage business, and contains comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the front-line sales management, risk control, margin financing and back-office operation of securities brokerage.
Prior to joining DL Securities, Mr. Wong acted as Managing Director in CJS International and Zhongtai International, and was responsible of managing the business of securities brokerage.
Before that, Mr. Wong worked at China Tonghai Securities Limited (Former name was Quam Securities Limited) and Phillip Securities Group. He was mainly responsible of managing retail brokerage team and successfully developed and managed over 600 retail sales under his remarkable supervision and management.

Prior to joining DL Holdings Limited, Mr. Au was the co-founder of Draco Capital Limited, where completed a number of M&A transactions. Prior to joining Draco Capital Limited, Mr. Au was the Vice President of Haitong International Limited.
Mr. Au participated in numbers of FA and IFA transactions including SuChuan Gas (1430:HK); Anchorstone (1592:HK); Contel (1912:HK); DingYi (508:HK); TianYuan Health (557:HK) and etc.

Mr. Au holds a bachelor degree in Risk management and Finance from Monash University.

Before joining DL Securities, Mr. Cheng was the senior vice president in investment banking department of GF Securities in Hong Kong, and the co-founder and director of Draco Capital Limited. Selected IPO transactions Mr. Cheng completed include GF Securities, Xinte Energy, Kingbo Strike, GreaterChina Professional Services, Chanceton Financial, Perfect Optronics, as well as listed companies’ financial advisory and independent financial advisory projects for China Shenhua, COFCO Packaging, China Industrial Securities International, China National Materials, Aluminum Corporation of China, HL Technology, Beijing Properties, Guangdong Yueyun Transportation, Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric and Skyworth Group, etc.
Mr. Cheng obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from City University of Hong Kong with First Class Honor.

Mr. Jeremy Park joined DL Holdings Group in 2023. He is the Managing Director of DL Securities and Head of Korea at DL Holdings Group.

Before joining DL holdings, Mr. Park served as a Managing Director and CEO of KB Securities Hong Kong, which is the subsidiaries of KB Financial Group, biggest Banking Group in Korea. Mr. Park is responsible for developing, operating and managing KB Securities Hong Kong, formulating new business strategy, diversifying business portfolio, business decision-making, hiring local experts and overall management.
His distinguished experience and networks develop and expands DL Group’s footprint into Korea to design and execute gate way for Korean investors and Wealthy clients to Hong Kong and China.
Mr. Park holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Sogang University.

Prior to joining DL Securities, he founded MADESPOKE, a company providing customized leather shoes with the use of 3D scanning technology and successfully secured a round of financing and listed its app on Apple App Store. Prior to founding MADESPOKE, he co-founded a business providing mobile sales of Korean and Mexican food and achieved revenue of more than US$1.2 million in its first year of business.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Lee has worked at IBM as project manager.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering and Minor in Economics from SUNY Binghamton University.
