DL Holdings (1709.HK) announced on 7 December 2025 that it has officially signed a share subscription agreement with Youngtimers AG (YTME), a company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Through a US$10 million (approximately HK$78 million) investment, DL will subscribe for 19,047,600 newly issued YTME shares, representing approximately 10% of YTME’s enlarged share capital, becoming its largest institutional shareholder. DL also received an additional US$2 million (approximately HK$15.6 million) in subscription options for 3,809,500 shares. The total strategic investment amounts to US$12 million (approximately HK$93.6 million). This marks the full execution of the strategic investment framework the parties reached in November 2025, and the transaction has now entered its final implementation stage. YTME’s Extraordinary General Meeting on 4 December 2025 unanimously approved this resolution, with all shareholders expressing strong support for DL becoming a major strategic investor.
