Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was the Managing Partner and the Head of North Asia of Henley & Partners, Ms Lai is responsible for the development, operation and management of HLM's North Asia business, formulating market strategies, business plans, business decisions and team management; setting up 3 branches for the Group in China and expanding into 2C and 2B markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan ;. In addition, she also participated in the group’s government advisory services.
With her recent 10+ years in the industry, Jennifer advises Wealthy individuals and their families, elites and organizations across finance and immigration industries on global residency & citizenship planning. She is a career Advisor and frequent speakers in the international conferences on family wealth planning, offshore investments, and residence and citizenship planning industry.
