Mr. Hong Hon Kwong has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the insurance industry. In 1994, Mr. Wong joined the newly established Top Glory Insurance Company (now known as FT Life Insurance Company) to develop the China Department and was responsible for coordinating the company's training of marketing teams across China in cooperation with major local insurance companies, and was one of the earliest pioneers to enter China insurance market. Mr. Wong has worked in different departments of renowned multinational insurance companies, such as Winterthur (Swiss), AIA, and Prudential (UK), and he is familiar with the internal operation, sales, and marketing.
